Managing people near and far is easier said than done. It takes top-of-the-line communications, systems, and procedures to pull it all together. NetSalon has developed what we believe is the greatest team of people available to achieve our objectives, each with a unique set of skills and abilities, together a special forces team that is always on time and on target.

	Chris Shell - Our Chief Technical Officer, check out the big brain on Chris! A coder from way back, Chris leads from the front being able to write I.T. as well as manage others on the team. NetSalon has an international team of "code monkeys” spanning the globe from Bulgaria to Moscow, from Katmandu to Brazil in addition to our own full-time technology team members; Chris is their Commander, answering only to Mr. Perry.
	Danni Perry – Our Director of Operations, Danni knows our business front to back. Danni has been around since "day one" of NetSalon. Her 12 plus years of hands-on experience with this company, handling everything from high finance to lunch orders, has armed her with all she needs to keep NetSalon operating smoothly. Danni is who most of our team goes to to get I.T. done.
	Tayler Stauffacher – Our Director of Customer Support, Tayler grew up with NetSalon and is often the person you talk to when you’re talking to NetSalon. Her love of this business and our customers is why she stays focused on keeping our clients’ needs met and coordinating all the team members to bring your projects in on time and on budget.
	Joshua Stauffacher – Our Director of Software Support, Josh is never satisfied and that’s why he’s constantly on the hunt for tweaks, enhancements, and features that bring all our software products and services into a class by themselves. He knows our people, products, and systems like the back of his hand, and he is our “go to guy” for all new releases and updates.
	Jimmy DeLoach – Our Chief Financial Officer, Jimmy is the man with the financial plan, numbers cruncher extraordinaire. The nature of our business is that we have clients, transactions, banks, and brokers all over the world, and Jimmy tracks and accounts for it all, bless his heart. He’s also the one that lets us know whether your payments are paid on time so everybody likes Jimmy.
	Stephen Shively – Our Cinematographer, Stephen is the man behind the camera on all our multimedia productions. Already an accomplished film maker and writer, Stephen’s passion for what’s seen on the screen is what gives NetSalon and our clients the visual impact you need to succeed. Stephen is the strong silent type, his work speaks for itself.
	Jay Ivanov – Our Director of FX Development, “JayFX” as we like to call him, is algorithmically delicious. Jay is from Bulgaria and programming is literally in his DNA. His Dad was a programmer, and he has been coding since he was 9, winning rewards and accolades ever since. Jay is responsible for and leads the FX Environment initiatives and all associated algorithms, expert advisors, and mechanical trading systems.
	Niki Ivanov – Our Director of FX Quality Assurance, Niki is analysis without the paralysis. Her primary function is to identify and optimize settings for our FX Software products. She takes great pride in her work and has made it a family affair. Niki leads and works closely with her husband Jay every day, as well as her father and brother back in Bulgaria, to generate the optimal settings on each of our FX Products month in and month out.
	Sheri Messer - Our Director of Business Development - has been working in the Financial Services Industry for 24 years with her passion directed toward trading in the Forex Market for the last 6 years. Her focus is on trading as well as developing a sales force for our products and services.
	Emad Asfour – Our Software Engineer, is our application developer and designer. Emad has many years of experience developing software of all sizes and in various programming languages. He has programmed many efficient applications for companies  and end-users. Emad is also passionate about designing projects in an artistic way that challenge his level of creativity. He has acquired many certificates in the field of programming and is consistently motivated to learn more.
	Tabitha Rehbein - Our Web Marketing Assistant - Tabitha is new to NetSalon but has been working for the past 3 years in the field of Web Design and Marketing. Tabitha has her finger firmly on the pulse of NetSalon and excels at keeping projects organized and assisting technical staff with implementing their ideas. Her role with NetSalon puts her at the heart of our Technology Center where she performs much of the leg work in our marketing and development initiatives. She strives to assist all the team members with the little details so they may focus on the objective at hand. She may be new, but she is an incredible asset and highly valued at NetSalon.
